If they had, and if the LDM on the upstream had not been configured to ALLOW your REQUEST, we would have seen the REQUEST being denied. Question: - what is the IP address and fully-qualified hostname of the machine(s) that you want to be able to REQUEST from idd.unidata.ucar.edu and 140.90.4.34? I need the external IP, not the internal/private one.
