[IDD #WMT-338636]: Upstream Data Feeds

I just checked, and I get different information about your DNS:

It may be the case that the new DNS settings have not yet propagated
past your department.  I say this because silver.sdsmt.edu was
listed as an authoritative source for DNS information in my 'nslookup'
invocation on machines here in the Unidata domain.

???  I am not sure what you are asking.  Having the IP address of the
machine and what is expected to be its fully-qualified name is
sufficient for the tests that I needed to run.

I will test the DNS settings for your machine tomorrow morning to see
if the new definition for 151.159.90.16 gets propagated.

As soon as it has, you should be able to REQUEST the data you need
from several top level IDD relays:

idd.tamu.edu
idd.meteo.psu.edu
idd.unidata.ucar.edu

I suggest starting with idd.tamu.edu and using idd.meteo.psu.edu as
a backup/failover in replicated ~ldm/etc/ldmd.conf REQUEST line(s).
