Evidently the page you were on when you tried to get a plot of EXP
data was cached in your browser.  If you go to the main Statistics by Host
page and force a refresh, you will see that there is no entry for
the machine tigge-ldm.ecmwf.int.  The lack of a entry for tigge-ldm.ecmwf.int
indicates that it has not been reporting real-time statistics recently
hence the error when attempting to generate a plot.
