[IDD #ZWD-541374]: gale.unidata appears to be down (128.117.156.80)

Hi Daryl,

I found that gale.unidata.ucar.edu was wedged when I got into the office,
so I power cycle rebooted it to get data flowing again.

Investigations of what is going wrong on gale are upcoming...
