[IDD #CMY-345752]: 20140425: move feed REQUEST(s) from unidata2 to unidata2-new

Can you let us know who the LDM/IDD contact at the Utah Climate Center
is/should be?  This would help us provide information of changes that
will affect your LDM/IDD gathering activities in the future.

Also, we are planning on turning off the machine that climate-db2.usurf.usu.edu
is REQUESTing data feeds from by COB tomorrow (Friday, May 2), so getting
the feed REQUESTs moved from unidata2.ssec.wisc.edu to idd.ssec.wisc.edu today
is most important.
