Hi Adam, 

I ~think we are done patching up our security issues, so it should stay static 
for some time.
Keep in mind, we are a research organization and cannot promise any 
"operational" level of uptime.
We do our best effort to keep up and running, and we have had good success, but 
we are NOT operational :)
