Since other sites are receiving the same feeds that your machines are requesting with no slowdown, it is most likely the case that some network path between your machines and idd.unidata.ucar.edu has become excessively congested. Unfortunately we have no control over the network paths outside of our organization. Your best bet is to work with your networking folks to find out where the bottleneck is. Also: The latency plots for ldm-data.cmc.ec.gc.ca show that the clock on ldm-data.cmc.ec.gc.ca is off by about 2000 seconds: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/cgi-bin/rtstats/iddstats_nc?NEXRAD2+ldm-data.cmc.ec.gc.ca Please have your system administrator(s) investigate and correct the clock problem on ldm-data.cmc.ec.gc.ca.
