The Weather Service issued the following admin message earlier today: NOUS72 KNCF 221640 ADMNCF . THE GATEWAY/OPSNET IS EXPERIENCING A NETWORK PROBLEM WHICH IS CAUSING CONNECTIVITY ISSUES BETWEEN THE NCF AND THE FIELD SITES. 12 PLANET AND THE IRT SERVER ARE INCLUDED IN THIS ISSUE. . OPSNET IS WORKING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. . THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE. . NCF/SMS While it may not be obvious that this refers to NEXRAD Level III problems, it is. Other users subscribed to the address@hidden email list also noted the problem and the NWS alert.
