[IDD #GOR-261226]: Testing new ldm install

After seeing your reply this morning, I ran nslookups on all of the
real server backends of the idd.unidata.ucar.edu cluster.  IP to name
lookups failed on two out of six of the nodes this morning (and so
succeeded on four out of six nodes).  I just sent a note off to
Mike Schmidt (our system administrator) to see if he has nay idea
how this could happen.

After hearing back from Mike, I will implement a fix that will insure
that feed REQUEST(s) from ldm.cicsnc.org will be honored by
idd.unidata.ucar.edu.
