Hi James, First, let me apologize for the silence over the past couple of days. We have been preparing for our annual series of training workshops that start on Monday, and I have not had enough time to attend to pending support inquiries. re: > Ok, I got rtstats working here... Excellent, thanks! I see your the stats your machine is reporting: Unidata HomePage http://www.unidata.ucar.edu Projects -> Internet Data Distribution http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/projects/index.html#idd IDD Current Operational Status http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/idd/rtstats/ Statistics by Host http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/idd/rtstats/ llwxldm1 http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/cgi-bin/rtstats/siteindex?llwxldm1 The latencies displayed by clicking on the latency link in the last page: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/cgi-bin/rtstats/siteindex?llwxldm1 does not show any period of unusually high latency. Since you just turned on reporting of real-time statistics, it is likely that the latency plot does not cover a period where the problem was occurring. Let's keep an eye on the latency plot over the next few days and try to catch a period when the latencies are exceedingly high.
