[IDD #CEI-276188]: IDD feed for MU machine 'monin'

Yes.  You can feed from idd.unidata.ucar.edu or idd.ssec.wisc.edu.
You can _not_ feed from motherlode.ucar.edu as it is not serving
as an IDD relay.
