[IDD #XUT-980774]: Data Request

Hi David,

You can comment out the 'exec pqbinstats' line.

The entry will look like:

EXEC  "rtstats -h rtstats.unidata.ucar.edu"

NB: Capitalization of 'exec' is optional.

No.  You may want to accumulate stats/metrics locally if you want
to more closely monitor the performance of your system/LDM.  It is not,
however, required for the LDM to work correctly.
