[IDD #AFT-408695]: ldm data feeds

An existing Unidata site would have to agree to feed your machine.  We (the
Unidata Program Center of UCAR) can not feed you directly unless there is a
measurable benefit to the Unidata community.

In order to see if a Unidata site is interested in feeding you, we will need
more information:

- a quick review of a Google translation of your web site (meteoservice.ru)
  left us uncertain of the status of your organization.

  Is it a private, for-profit company?

  Or, is it a not-for-profit organization?

  Is it affiliated with a government agency?
