[LDM #GOE-694008]: Request for temporary IDD for NWA Demo

I went ahead and setup ALLOWs for all machines requested.  On our
end they are know as:

97.65.12.5  <-> demo0.raytheon.com
97.65.12.6  <-> demo1.raytheon.com
97.65.12.7  <-> demo2.raytheon.com
97.65.12.8  <-> demo3.raytheon.com

Please report statistics accordingly (by modifying the hostname
in ~ldm/etc/ldmadmin-pl.conf).
