[LDM #BJN-776611]: LDM Feed of Satellite Data

I tried the same three methods for contacting borg5.ncdc.noaa.gov from
my Unidata workstation (gale.unidata.ucar.edu <-> 128.117.156.80),
and got the same results as before:
