I tried the same three methods for contacting borg5.ncdc.noaa.gov from
my Unidata workstation (gale.unidata.ucar.edu <-> 128.117.156.80),
and got the same results as before:

Do you want to try allowing a machine in a different Unidata subnet?

A test candidate would be:
