[IDD #GOK-818269]: Help -- NEXRAD3 feed no longer working, along with some GOES imagery from UNIWISC

I just tried to SSH to Marcus' machine, but the SSH does not
get through.  For example:

% ssh -vv address@hidden
OpenSSH_5.5p1, OpenSSL 1.0.0d-fips 8 Feb 2011
debug1: Reading configuration data /etc/ssh/ssh_config
debug1: Applying options for *
debug2: ssh_connect: needpriv 0
debug1: Connecting to gwoemul.wiu.edu [143.43.196.14] port 22.

The connection attempt stalls (sits/stays/hangs) after this.
