[IDD #KMU-161703]: Please allow a new EOL machine to feed from idd.unidata.ucar.edu for testing

I verified that this machine has forward/reverse DNS:

Authoritative answers can be found from:

t2.eol.ucar.edu should be able to request any non-restricted feed
from idd.unidata.ucar.edu.
