I am not seeing any "stats" from twister, it used to report. Can you check your 
ldmd.conf and verify that the:

EXEX "rtstats . . . . " is not commented out, it helps us with these type of 
topology questions and other
diagnostics :)

You are allowed from both:

idd.unidata.ucar.edu

AND

idd.cise-nsf.gov 


...for the GEM feedtype.
