[IDD #PFO-232243]: missing Marine Bulletins

Questions:

- from whom are you requesting the marine bulletins via LDM? (i.e.,
  what is the fully qualified host name and IP address of the LDM
  you are requesting data from)

- what is your ~ldm/etc/ldmd.conf REQUEST line(s) for the data?

- how are you processing the data that is received?  (i.e., what is(are)
  your LDM pattern-action file action(s)?

Comments:

- it is possible that some of the marine observations are being classified
  in more than one IDD (i.e., LDM-delivered) datastream, and your pattern-action
  file action(s) is(are) not setup to capture them all into a disk file
  that you can compare against your own NOAAPort feed.

- it is also possible that the site you are feeding data from via the LDM is
  not functioning well as a NOAAPort ingest or IDD relay site
