[IDD #IUY-553621]: gempak data

Hi Robert,

I thought you were already receiving an LDM/IDD datafeed of model data
from Penn State for your use in GEMPAK.

Questions:

- am I remembering your situation incorrectly?

- is Penn State no longer willing to feed you data?
