Hi Justin, re: > NCEP has received a question from an IDD subscriber about the upcoming > forecast hour extension to the RUC. What data feeds are included in the > IDD? The IDD contains 5 feeds which comprise all of the data from the NOAAPort SBN: HDS IDS|DDPLUS NGRID NIMAGE NEXRAD3 It also contains all of the data being put in the CONDUIT. re: > The upcoming RUC change will not impact any of the NOAAPort RUC products > but will extended the forecast hours available over CONDUIT. If the way that the extended forecast hours are included in the model output that is being included in CONDUIT is the same as it was previously (i.e., all of the model data for a time step is included in the output file), then the new times should be included in the CONDUIT stream with no effort on anyone's part. If the extended forecast hours are being provided through a new file, someone at the WOC might have to make some configuration adjustments. Question: - do you know how the extended forecast hours will be made available?
