[IDD #OMQ-397342]: NEXRAD2 Eastern Region gone... again!

Hi John,

As you will see from the NWSTG/TOC email we received this morning,
the problems with the Eastern Region NEXRADs continues.  All any
can do at this point is wait (sigh)...
