[IDD #ICA-648762]: COAMPS and NOGAPS data

The 'OK' shows that you are allowed to request FNMOC data from
idd.cise-nsf.gov.

Same comment as for idd.cise-nsf.gov.

So, you should be able to setup an FNMOC feed from either idd.cise-nsf.gov
or idd.unidata.ucar.edu.

Please be advised:  there have been problems at the FNMOC end of the feed.
New hardware has just been installed, so we are hoping that the delivery
of the data will be more reliable and timely.
