Very good.

We would like you to use Penn State University as your primary upstream
feed site and the toplevel server we maintain at the ATM offices of
NSF in Arlington, VA as your backup:

Penn State IDD relay: ldm.meteo.psu.edu
NSF/ATM:              idd.cise-nsf.gov

I will send an email to the LDM/IDD administrator at Penn State,
Art Person <address@hidden>, 814-863-1563, to
verify that the PSU machine is configured to allow your data
requests.  You should be allowed to feed from idd.cise-nsf.gov.

You can test to see if you are already allowed to feed by the
PSU machine as follows:

<as 'ldm' on wx.gmu.edu>
notifyme -vl- -f 'IDS|DDPLUS|FNEXRAD|NIMAGE' -h ldm.meteo.psu.edu

You can substitute idd.cise-nsf.gov for ldm.meteo.psu.edu to
verify that you can feed from the NSF/ATM machine.

Please note that your ~ldm/etc/ldmd.conf REQUEST line should use
IDS|DDPLUS as a single feedtype as IDS|DDPLUS is the recognized
name for the combination of the IDS, DDS, and PPS data feeds:

DDPLUS == DDS|PPS
