[IDD #WFA-619667]: Request for CONDUIT feed

I am not sure.  The best thing to do is test it.

Perhaps, depending on how the machine is setup.

Here is what we can do as a test:

<on your side>
- install the LDM if it is not already installed (I don't know what
  machine you are going to use)

- after the LDM is fully installed on your machine, do the following
  test:

  <as 'ldm'>
  notifyme -vl- -f CONDUIT -h idd.cise-nsf.gov

If I know when you run the test, I can look through the LDM log file
on idd.cise-nsf.gov to see if the request was denied (it should be, but
might not depending on when you run the test) and why.

Please let me know when you run the test...
