Here is what we can do as a test: <on your side> - install the LDM if it is not already installed (I don't know what machine you are going to use) - after the LDM is fully installed on your machine, do the following test: <as 'ldm'> notifyme -vl- -f CONDUIT -h idd.cise-nsf.gov If I know when you run the test, I can look through the LDM log file on idd.cise-nsf.gov to see if the request was denied (it should be, but might not depending on when you run the test) and why.
