Hi Elmer, re: where are the ISXT40 products coming from > We have a dedicated NOAAPORT antenna, and a server that is populated > from the antenna using ldm (if I understand it correctly) OK. I just verified that these products are being relayed in our IDD HDS datafeed. re: > This is the output of a notifyme: > [ldm@gp75 etc]$ notifyme -vl- -f HRS -p '^ISXT40 KBOU ......' > Jan 19 12:01:30 notifyme[26260] NOTE: Starting Up: localhost: > 20090119120130.181 TS_ENDT {{HDS, "^ISXT40 KBOU ......"}} > Jan 19 12:01:30 notifyme[26260] NOTE: LDM-5 desired product-class: > 20090119120130.181 TS_ENDT {{HDS, "^ISXT40 KBOU ......"}} > Jan 19 12:01:30 notifyme[26260] INFO: Resolving localhost to 127.0.0.1 > took 0.000478 seconds > Jan 19 12:01:30 notifyme[26260] NOTE: NOTIFYME(localhost): OK > Jan 19 12:06:56 notifyme[26260] NOTE: LDM-5 desired product-class: > 20090119120130.181 TS_ENDT {{HDS, "^ISXT40 KBOU ......"}} > Jan 19 12:06:56 notifyme[26260] INFO: Resolving localhost to 127.0.0.1 > took 9.9e-05 seconds > Jan 19 12:06:56 notifyme[26260] NOTE: NOTIFYME(localhost): OK > Jan 19 12:12:22 notifyme[26260] NOTE: LDM-5 desired product-class: > 20090119120130.181 TS_ENDT {{HDS, "^ISXT40 KBOU ......"}} > Jan 19 12:12:22 notifyme[26260] INFO: Resolving localhost to 127.0.0.1 > took 9.4e-05 seconds > Jan 19 12:12:22 notifyme[26260] NOTE: NOTIFYME(localhost): OK > Jan 19 12:17:47 notifyme[26260] NOTE: LDM-5 desired product-class: > 20090119120130.181 TS_ENDT {{HDS, "^ISXT40 KBOU ......"}} > Jan 19 12:17:47 notifyme[26260] INFO: Resolving localhost to 127.0.0.1 > took 7.9e-05 seconds > Jan 19 12:17:47 notifyme[26260] NOTE: NOTIFYME(localhost): OK > Jan 19 12:19:44 notifyme[26260] INFO: 9846 20090119121944.587 HDS 8598829 > ISXT40 KBOU 191045 > Jan 19 12:19:46 notifyme[26260] INFO: 9846 20090119121946.627 HDS 8598876 > ISXT40 KBOU 191015 > Jan 19 12:19:47 notifyme[26260] INFO: 7376 20090119121946.629 HDS 8598877 > ISXT40 KBOU 191145 > Jan 19 12:19:47 notifyme[26260] INFO: 8546 20090119121946.631 HDS 8598878 > ISXT40 KBOU 191115 > Jan 19 12:19:49 notifyme[26260] INFO: 10788 20090119121949.647 HDS 8598898 > ISXT40 KBOU 190445 > Jan 19 12:19:51 notifyme[26260] INFO: 10626 20090119121949.647 HDS 8598899 > ISXT40 KBOU 190415 > If I understand what you wrote correctly, this is saying that the file > time tagged as 191045 through 191115, making them 1 hr behind at best, > all hit the system at the same time, along with the 190445 & 190415, > which were considerably older. The 'notifyme' output shows three things: - your LDM is receiving the products less than 2 seconds after they are first inserted into an LDM queue for relay: Jan 19 12:19:51 - 20090119121949.647 == 51 - 49.647 ~= 1.353 seconds - the products are inserted about 45 seconds later than the time they represent: 20090119121949.647 - 190415 == 49.647 - 4:15 ~= 45.397 seconds - more than one product can be inserted into the originating LDM at the same time (the product time for the last two products in your list is identical).
