[IDD #NYZ-330219]: Request update for data feed

Hi James,

You wrote the following to Larry Riddle:

horus and hurricane have been allowed on aeolus.ucsd.edu.

Just so you know, Larry retired some time ago.  Unidata has been allowed to 
modify things
like the allow lists on aeolus, so it is appropriate for you to send us all 
future requests.
