UW-AOS unplanned power power outage today

UW Madison (AOS and SSEC) were both affected by an unplanned power outage this morning around 16:30 UTC for about a half an hour. Resources are beginning to come back up.
Someone must have forgot to pay our electric bill this summer, this is like 3 now this summer alone..
