I just ran a 'notifyme' command pointing at idd.unidata.ucar.edu and see LOTS of
current CONDUIT data.  For example:

What does the same invocation show on your machine?

There as definitely been lots of CONDUIT data over the weekend.  For instance, 
consider
the realtime statistics CONDUIT volume plot for idd.unidata.ucar.edu:

This plot shows the regular, expected pattern for CONDUIT data receipt on 
idd.unidata.ucar.edu.

Hmm...  Please send us the invocation-of and output-from the 'notifyme' command
you ran.
