This is the response I got from the CMC:

Attached below are the new links that do work. As per your request for
15 km Regional data and Global
data beyond 48 hrs, this request is being considered. Yves and Nicole
Bois have been copied.
We need to coordinate with our Data Acquisition group to see how much
more work is required to push more data.
