Hi Paul,
Due to security issues, we decided to upgrade the packet filtering software on
the
machine wsihcsn.unidata.ucar.edu. Due to a number of problems including the
old OS installation and compilers, we have not yet been able to implement a
secure packet filtering (i.e., firewall) on the machine. The problem is being
actively addressed as we speak.
