[IDD #GEQ-546595]: pqact.conf error msgs

Hmm...  the whitespace between FILE and -close in line 190 is currently
a space; it needs to be a tab.

I also see some potential problems elsewhere.

- the whitespace between -close and -overwrite in your EXP actions
  would be better as tabs than as spaces

- as I noted in my reply yesterday, the action:

UNIWISC ^GOES-12_IMG 
        FILE    -close  -overwrite      
data_test/GOES_12/IR/4KM/GOES_12_4km.gin i 

  will not match anything since no UNIWISC products begin with anythong other
  than 'pnga2area'.  I suggest deleting this action altogether.

- also, in the last action in the file, the whitespace between FILE and -close
  are spaces; it should be a tab.


After making the above suggested adjustments, 'ldmadmin pqactcheck' should not
show errors.

need to uncompress the PNG-compressed images in AREA and GINI formats.
