Doug, > Is there a way to change which port ldm is listening on, and > requesting on? The $port variable in the ldmadmin(1) configuration-file (etc/ldmadmin-pl.conf) determines on what port the LDM server will listen. The host field of a REQUEST entry in the LDM configuration- file (etc/ldmd.conf) can have an optional ":port" suffix that specifies the port to which the connection should be made. All of this is non-standard, which leads me to ask "Do you know what you're doing?"
