[IDD #QRG-550150]: iperf tests again

The only change was patching in the Web100 code and a 2.6.18 kernel.  What 
brand of
Linux / kernel / TCP tuning do you have on your end?  We may well be hitting a 
Cat 5
in the wall cabling limit, and I may need to have networking out to look at 
various
wallplates which seemingly have unexpectedly poor performance.
