20060913:Add CONDUIT and NIMAGE to aeolus ldmd.conf

Hi Larry,

One of your downstream feeders, VCAPCD, would like to begin ingesting both
CONDUIT and NIMAGE. They have also offered to feed any new requests from
APCD's from their machine :)

aeolus.ucsd.edu is not currently ingesting these feeds.

CONDUIT is a high volume feed, avg 1.5GB/hour...Max 3GB/hour.

How big is your queue? Can we add these feeds to aeolous's ldmd.conf?

You can request from:

idd.unidata.ucar.edu

for both CONDUIT and NIMAGE.
