Sorry for the tardy reply. Several of us are out of the office at the moment,
and getting online is not a given.

I just checked and see some (but not many) problems sending to freshair2:

I don't know if this is indicating the problem you are seeing or not.
What happens if you switch your IDS|DDPLUS feed to unidata2.ssec.wisc.edu?
