[LDM #FHX-115204]: number of requests from RAL

OK.  Such a small request for data is absolutely no problem.

Two things:

- if one is using LDM-6, the "standard" name for the NEXRAD Level
  II data is 'NEXRAD2'

- are you the RAL contact for IDD relays.  I had a site feeding from
  iita ask who to contact to add an allow line for a new LDM machine
  that is being tested

OK.  Again, if there is a good reason for requesting directly from
idd.unidata.ucar.edu, then we have no objection.
