[IDD #DBF-760900]: How to join the IDD network?

Hi Laurie, 

PLease modify the line:

 notifyme -vl - -h idd.cise-nsf.gov -f 12

to

 notifyme -vl - -h idd.cise-nsf.gov -f FT12
