20060505: NSF/ATM toplevel IDD relay node available under new name

IDD users of the NSF/ATM toplevel IDD relay:

The machine formerly known as idd.geo.nsf.gov (aka atm.geo.nsf.gov) has
been returned to service after being unavailable for three weeks (!).
In addition to hardware problems being fixed and software upgrades (OS,
etc.) being made, the machine has been moved to a new subnet in NSF,
cise-nsf.gov.

All sites that were feeding from (atm|idd).geo.nsf.gov should change
~ldm/etc/ldmd.conf request lines to reflect the new name of the
machine, idd.cise-nsf.gov.  Please remember to restart your LDM after
making the change to your request line(s).

We sincerely apologize for the extended outage!
