[IDD #MZB-409664]: University of Vienna for rtststs plots

Hi Chiz,

When you get a chance, can you add the University of Vienna
(Austria) to the location file for rtstats plots?

Here is the location information:

Lat=48:07:00  Lon=16:34:00

The machine reporting statistics is:  srvx6.img.univie.ac.at
