Are you sure your request is to idd.unidata.ucar.edu and not idd.geo.nsf.gov (aka atm.geo.nsf.gov)? The reason I ask is idd.geo.nsf.gov went down at approximately 12:30 EST today, and we have been in contact with operations folks there to find out what happened.
