Most of the NWS Level II relay sites are running older versions
of LDM-6.

I made a pitch to Tim Crum at the Atlanta AMS meeting for an across
the board upgrade to LDM-6.4.5.  Steve will be cutting an official 6.4.5
release in the coming days.
