[IDD #DLC-821177]: idd.unidata.ucar.edu not responding, feed down

I just verified connectivity to idd.unidata.ucar.edu from three different
machines in the IDD:

idd.geo.nsf.gov (aka atm.geo.nsf.gov):

Given the successful ldmpings from these machines, I am led to believe that
there is either a DNS or network routing issue from rossby.

Can you ldmping either unidata2.ssec.wisc.edu or idd.geo.nsf.gov?  If yes,
please use the one that works as a failover until the hiccup passes.

NOTE:  if you decide to feed from the NSF/ATM machine, please use 
idd.geo.nsf.gov instead of atm.geo.nsf.gov.  Even though this is currently
the same machine, the situation will change in the future.
