Guys,

The I2 connection at NSF/ATM went out at about 5:29Z presumably
because of the precip in Northern Virginia.  All downstreams
IDD connections were cut off according to the uptime log, but there
was no notices in the ldmd.log file.

It will be interesting to see how fast the I2 connection gets
restored.
