[IDD #SKM-230294]: ldm CONDUIT feed missing

Hi David, 

Last message was from me, bad sig file in the new support system...

What I don't understand though is

As they like to say in the diamond business..volume.

You would not be "throttled" on the smaller feeds, as they theoretically are 
not hitting the upper limit of the volume shaper, but when CONDUIT rolls in, it 
goes over the set limit, and products fall off...this is our best guess at this 
time...What is the size of the queue?
