When I first saw your email, I verified that we had seen some HDS data from our NOAAPORT ingesters within the previous half hour (17:30 - 17:58 UTC) but not NNEXRAD. I left a notifyme running aimed at idd.unidata.ucar.edu and now see NNEXRAD data flowing in. Yesterday evening I noted that the NWS was testing a new Global backup uplink in Hauppauge, NY. Perhaps the outage was a result of this testing or switching back to the primary uplink? If yes, we should expect to see a status message from the TOC about the outage.
