20051103: nexrad2 reception at UND (cont.)

You should once again be receiving the NEXRAD2 feed.  The manager of
your NEXRAD2 upstream site, Pete Pokrandt <address@hidden>, and
we contacted the managers of the toplevel relay that feeds
whirlwind.aos.wisc.edu and let them know that their LDM was not running
(as determined by ldmping).  Corrective action has been taken, and we
see that data is once again flowing through them to downstream Unidata
sites including UND:

You can use the toplevel IDD relay node that we maintain here at UCAR,
idd.unidata.ucar.edu, as your failover.  Please keep using
whirlwind.aos.wisc.edu as your primary feed, however.
