Hi Chuck and Robert,

OU is having difficulties propagating the CONDUIT feed, you may have
noticed latencies.

Univ of Wisc has graciously offered to place an allow for:

allow           CONDUIT         ^zephir\.eas\.slu\.edu

Please point your request to:
