20050826:Allow for GEM Feed

Hi Rhesa,

We have been given permission to feed you the GEM feed, keep in mind the
caveats I mentioned in the previous e-mail...

Please direct your GEM request to:

idd.unidata.ucar.edu

Hopefully, the data will now flow...:)
