>From: Harry Edmon <address@hidden> >Organization: University of Washington >Keywords: 200506150153.j5F1rtZu011214 IDD Hi Harry, >idd.unidata.ucar.edu appears to be down. idd.unidata did not go down, but we did have a network blip here in UCAR. >What should I use as a backup? I have been meaning to contact you to ask you to feed NOAAPORT data (IDD feedtypes IDS|DDPLUS, HDS, NGRID, NIMAGE, NNEXRAD) from the IDD relay that the Weather Underground is operating for the Unidata community: idd.wunderground.com This machine should be ready to feed you (I arranged for the necessary allows some time ago). To test if this is true, please do a notifyme before making any mods: notifyme -vxl- -f ANY -h idd.wunderground.com As far as the network blip at UCAR, I don't know the cause yet.
